The fat will pop up in other places on your body also but… the reason why most of it pops up on your belly is because your belly has more cortisol (stress hormone) receptors in it than anywhere else on your body!

Eating unhealthy carbohydrates makes your store belly fat. Eating protein helps your body build muscle and burn fat. Eating healthy fats causes your body to break down and release bad (white) belly fat.
