Know-Your-Rights Workshop Series: Leave Provisions
An examination of the balance of rights and responsibilities accruing to the Employer, the Supervisor/Chair, and the Employee. We cover the following forms of leave, depending on the audience: sick leave, family sick, vacation leave, holiday leave, sabbatical leave, presidential leave, disability, and other forms of leave.
