What are your rights, and what are the College’s rights, as it relates to discipline and counseling? What about affirmative action procedures, Title IX procedures, and discrimination complaint procedures? We answer these questions and provide an overview of the counseling and disciplinary procedures used by SUNY, while also providing advice on how to handle different scenarios.
