Thanks to a recent change in New York State’s Election Law, employees who are registered voters are permitted up to three hours of leave, without loss of pay, to allow time to vote. The time may be taken at the beginning or end of your shift and must be requested a minimum of two working days before the election day. Now there’s no excuse — so get out and vote!
