Cards generally take between 4-6 weeks to arrive in the mail. If you need the pertinent information prior (to schedule for services) you may reach out to the Benefits Trust Fund by calling 800-887-3863 to obtain. We recommend scheduling the appointment date to be after the 28 day benefit eligibility waiting period
