– We will be discussing the Introduction and Chapter 1 + 2 of Labor Organizer Jane McAleevey’s book, Raising Expectations (and Raising Hell): My Decade Fighting for the Labor Movement.

– The Goal of this Reading Group will be to discuss Labor Organizing in the 21st Century, and see how we can learn from these stories to apply to our Union organizing efforts here at SBU.
