As per the ratified 2022-2026 contract, members will see more money in their paychecks over the next few months and it’s all because of UUP.

In either your July 17th or July 31st paycheck:

  • $1,000 on-base retention award for eligible full-time employees based on length of service ($500 for those who have previously received a service award). This increase will take effect July 1, 2024 (check date 7/17/24)
  • 3% across-the-board (ATB) salary increases to take effect July 1, 2024 for most 12-month employees and Sept. 1, 2024 for most 10- and 11-month employees. This will be in the July 31st paycheck.
  • $1,500 lump-sum bonuses. Eligible employees will receive the first half of a $3,000 lump-sum bonus (not to base salary, pro-rated for part-time employees) in the July 31st paycheck. All employees on payroll or on authorized leave on Sept. 1, 2023 (or the start of the Fall semester) and who continued through April 30, 2024 are eligible for this bonus, and a second $1500 bonus in July 2025.
